didn’t work well for me
We’ve been using one cup coffee makers for quite awhile now and find them very convenient.Generally like to use our own coffee cups rather that the travel mug supplied.

Is very fast [about 5mins for a full cup], easy to use and maintain. I only wish the cup top had a way to close the opening to drink from, but simply changing out the cup, or not…

POOR POOR Quality
Three days and 8 cups later the ON switch failed to operate and this product became unusable. That makes each cup about $3.00.

In the beginning I loved it, but after a couple months it only made 2/3 of a cup even though I put in the right amount of water.

More than 20 years ago my wife’s father gave us a Black and Decker single cup coffee drip coffee maker.

Too small mug and way too hot to hold
I’ve had the DCM18S for two months, and I’ve not had any problem with the quality of the coffee it makes or the cleanup of the unit.
